Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Please note that we’re unable to make exceptions within this window, as guides and reservations are confirmed in advance.

No problem - just please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book. We offer a Tokyo Vegan Food Tour, and many of our other tours can be adjusted depending on your needs. For guests with specific or stricter requirements, private tours offer the most flexibility, as we can tailor the stops more closely to your preferences. That said, Japan can be tricky for certain dietary restrictions, so we always recommend reaching out in advance if you have any concerns.
